My order showed up with a few wrong items, and one thing I paid for wasn’t even included. It was frustrating, especially since the order was simple and this feels like something that should’ve been totally avoidable.

I was able to find the vitamins I needed, which isn’t always the case on other sites. One item was, actually, one thing I wanted was sold out, but it came back quickly. Overall, it was a good experience. I just wish they kept a little more stock of the popular stuff.

I ordered from envitamin.com and the tracking was annoying. It sat on “label created” for days with no real updates, then basically nothing changed for almost a week. I tried reaching out to get an answer, but I just kept getting transferred around, which made it even more frustrating. The package did show up eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I had to keep checking the tracking myself the whole time. Shipping info definitely wasn’t helpful

The replies took ages, and every time I heard back it was basically just “please wait,” which gets frustrating after a while. I kept thinking maybe it would be sorted by the next message, but no, same thing again. My issue still isn’t fixed, so yeah, not a great experience

I ordered from envitamin and one of the bottles showed up cracked, with pills loose in the box. The packaging didn’t seem like it had much protection, so i wasn’t that surprised something got damaged.

I emailed them with photos right away, but it took a few days to hear back. Then they asked me for information I had already sent, and at that point I was like, give me a break, just look at the email.

They did eventually offer to send a replacement, which I appreciate, but the whole process felt slower and more frustrating than it needed to be. If something arrives damaged, I’d expect the help to be a lot smoother
